You can use your new account to send us service requests. To start click on the “Schedule” link at the top of the page.
Requesting New Services
Click the “Request New Service” button.
You will be presented with the following options:
- Single Request: This is a good option to use if you just need a single service (visit, walk, daycare) once or something that’s not regular.
- Multiple Visits: This option is best if you need on-going (dog walking or daycare) services, are going away on a trip, or if you want to make multiple visits in a specific period of time (i.e One 30min dog walk at 1pm on Monday and Wednesday).
Single Service Request
Selecting “Single Request” will present you with a form like so:
After you’ve filled out the ‘Date’, ‘Time’, ‘Service Requested’, ‘Pets’ and ‘Notes’ sections, click the “Submit Request” button and your request will be sent directly to us. Your requests will be reviewed by one of our management staff and approved within 24 – 48 hours. Then, we’ll send you an email to confirm your approved requests.
Please note that services are pending until reviewed and approved by us!
Multiple Service Requests
Selecting “Multiple Requests” will present you with a form like so:
Start by choosing a start and end date, then select your Primary service and Pet(s):
For Drop In Visits and Dog Walking services:
- Comments here are optional or if you want to give specific instructions.
- Select the times you want each service for each day.
- You can select more than one service for each day or choose a different service by clicking ‘Change Service’ (i.e. you want a walk in the afternoon and/or visit in the evening)
For Daycare and Dog Boarding services:
- Please note, choosing Daycare or Dog Boarding services will not reflect your Drop Off and Pick Up times. Use the comments section here to let us know your Drop Off and Pick Up times and we’ll make sure the right times are on our schedules!
- Select Daycare or Dog Boarding option for each day.
Deleting Multiple Service Requests
If you think you’ve made a mistake or want to delete a request, you can do so by clicking the “Delete Requested Service” link.
Again, please note that all services are pending until reviewed and approved by us.
